- What is the thickness and panel size?
- Can I see a full-size sample, not just a small piece?
- Is the design a printed finish, a texture or a natural-looking pattern?
- Is the stock available now, or does it need to be ordered?
About the wall
- Does my wall need any preparation first?
- Is the wall dry and in good condition?
- Are there pipes, wiring or sockets I should plan around?
About installation
- Is installation included, or is it separate?
- How are panels fixed and how are joints and corners finished?
- How long will the work take, and how much disruption should I expect?
About maintenance
- How is the panel cleaned?
- How do I handle a scratch or damaged panel later?
- Can I get spare panels from the same batch for future repairs?
About the quote
- What exactly is included: panels, adhesive, frames, trims, lighting, labour?
- What is the quantity based on, and how much allowance for cutting waste?
- How long is the quote valid?
- What is the delivery arrangement and timeline?
