What Affects PVC Wall Panel Prices?
People often search for a single price per panel or per square foot. In practice, the price of wall panels depends on several things, and two quotes can look very different for good reasons. This guide explains what moves the cost so you can compare quotes properly. We do not publish fixed prices here because they depend on your project.
Material
PVC, WPC, fluted, UV marble and 3D panels are made differently and are priced differently. Within one material, quality and brand also vary. See the differences in our guide to PVC vs WPC wall panels.
Thickness, size and build
Thicker or denser panels generally cost more than thin ones, and panel dimensions affect how much waste you have when cutting. Ask for the thickness and the panel size on every quote so you are comparing like with like.
Design and finish
Plain colours, wood grains, marble patterns, fluted profiles and 3D textures sit at different price points. A glossy or textured finish can also change the price.
Quantity and wall size
Accurate measurements matter. Too little means a second order that may not match; too much means paying for waste. See how to measure your walls.
Wall condition and preparation
Uneven, damp or damaged walls may need work before panels can be fixed. That preparation is a separate cost from the panels.
Installation and accessories
Quotes may or may not include fitting, adhesive or frames, trims, corner pieces and lighting. Ask what is included, and what is not.
Moulding and trims
If you plan to use PVC moulding or trims for detailing, ask for these to be itemised separately.
How to compare quotes
- Ask each supplier for the same list: material, thickness, panel size, finish, quantity.
- Confirm what installation and accessories are included.
- Confirm how long the quote is valid.
