What we collect

When you use our quote or home-visit forms we collect the details you enter: name, phone number, city, project details and, if you choose, email, WhatsApp number, address, measurements and a photo of your wall. We ask only for what is needed to respond.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your request, prepare a quote or arrange a visit. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are received through our hosting provider's form service (Netlify Forms) and passed to our team. Submissions may be stored there until we delete them.

Sharing

We share your details only with people who need them to handle your request, or where the law requires it.

Analytics and cookies

The site does not load analytics unless we enable it. If we do, we will update this page.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details using the contact details on this site.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page.
